So what is a QR Code? QR stands for quick response. The format was developed for the auto parts industry years ago and has recently become popular for making all kinds of information accessible through free aps that can be downloaded to smart phones. When read by a QR Code enabled smart phone, information such as a web address, phone number, business address and much more becomes readable to us humans.

QR Codes provide a quick and easy way to share information. As such, they are becoming very popular with businesses that want to market their products and services to just about anyone with a smart phone. You can add them to almost anything – not just print ads.
